We all know that Injuries are the part of the game that we least want to talk about. However, as we inch closer to game-time it’s important to note who’s in and who’s out for this week’s game. For the Washington Redskins the in-actives are as follows
The Washington #Redskins inactives due to injury for Sunday's game vs. the Dallas #Cowboys are:— The 3 Point Conversion (@3ptCnvrsn) September 13, 2019
[DL Jonathan] Allen, knee, [DL Caleb] Brantley, foot, [QB Colt] McCoy, fibula, [TE Jordan] Reed, concussion.#HTTR | #NFL100 | #3ptcnvrsn pic.twitter.com/N4sQqr6JB0
The big one here for the ‘Skins is Allen, who is one of the top linemen on what is one of the league’s best unit. His absence could lead to an easier path for Ezekiel Elliott to eat early and often.
As for the Cowboys, there is no official report as of the time of this writing but we know that WR Tavon Austin, LB Luke Gifford, and S Donovan Wilson are all out due to injury, it is reported that DE Taco Charlton and Rookie DT Trysten Hill will be healthy in-actives this week.
Is this the end of the Taco era? Only time will tell.
